Meeting with Samarcanda: first steps in the launch of La vida que crees vivir
A meeting with Chema and the Samarcanda team to keep driving the book and the FJ Manga ecosystem forward.

Some encounters mean much more than a work meeting. They are moments when ideas begin to take shape and projects find new ways to grow.
On 22 October 2026 I had the chance to meet Chema, head of Samarcanda, and JD Romero to talk about the present and the future of La vida que crees vivir.
It was an especially meaningful meeting for me. Being able to share the book in person, talk about the possibilities for its launch and find such a warm and positive reception is an important boost to keep moving forward.
During the meeting we exchanged views on the project, how to spread it and the next actions we will be able to carry out together.
But beyond the planning, there was something I found especially valuable: the enthusiasm and trust with which they received this initiative.
I also had the pleasure of dedicating and signing a copy of the book for Chema, with whom I shared the photograph that accompanies this article.
Much more than publishing a book
La vida que crees vivir is born from a reflection I consider fundamental: a large part of our suffering does not come only from what happens, but from the interpretation our mind builds about what we live.
My purpose is to bring that reflection to as many people as possible, inviting them to discover and observe for themselves how their mind works.
That is why every conversation, every new collaboration and every step in spreading the book has a special meaning.
It is not only about making a work known, but about opening spaces for reflection, observation and awareness.
A special thank you
I want to thank Chema, JD Romero and the whole Samarcanda team for their welcome, their trust and the interest they have shown in this project.
We will keep working so that La vida que crees vivir reaches further and further, developing new initiatives and sharing the progress along this path.
Because sometimes an idea begins to grow when it finds other people willing to believe in its possibilities.
